When putting your bracelet on or taking it off, gently roll it over your hand and wrist. Avoid pulling, tugging, or overstretching the bracelet, as this can weaken or break the stretch cord that holds your bracelet together.
Keep It Dry
Remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and moisture. A gentle cleanse or splash of water is okay, allow to dry before wearing again.
Avoid Chemicals
